Studio McGee + McEwan Custom Homes: Oxford Road Estate Parade Tour

Had the most fun touring this stunner of a parade house with Shea of Studio McGee the other day and oh my gosh, everyone who worked on this home did such an insanely good job!! It’s INCREDIBLE. Over 25,000 sq ft— with so much detail & European charm. Luxurious, but cozy & inviting too. They created a legacy estate that feels collected and curated over generations, yet it’s brand new! The craftsmanship McEwan Custom Homes delivers was evident in every detail.

Crafted for one of the royal families of Crumbl, this will be home to a party of 9! With 7 kids at home, they have a full house and I loved seeing all the unique details they worked in that fit their style and vision. From incredible custom window systems made in Italy to a bowling alley lit with twinkling star lights in the ceiling, this home spared no detail!

The exterior is one of the best I’ve ever seen. With authentic European style, a beautiful blend of materials and the grandeur of an old money estate, it left nothing to be desired! The copper gutters and trim details will add the perfect patina over time and I love the stone selections too (listed below). The stunning architecture was done by Broadbent Architectural Studio with immaculate landscape by Northland Design. If you’re in Utah, definitely check it out during the Utah Valley Parade of Homes— June 4th-20th, 2026.

WALLS: A custom plaster Studio McGee created with Marrwall, tint is Benjamin Moore Creamy White @ 50% with the baseboards the same color in full strength.

STONE: The exterior is Buff Tumbled in 4" heights 12-18" long. The landscape walls are Big Springs. Cut Limestone is Indiana except the fireplaces are Buff Limestone for the mantels. All mortar is Trinity white. (available through Hearth & Home)
